No coffee at Pop Century? Constuction

Is it true that the rooms at Pop Century do not have coffee pots?

Can't quite imagine a hotel where you can't make your own cup of coffee before facing the day. (I may have to go for checking luggage rather than carry on and hauling my own small machine).

Also, is the construction complete or do we want to request a building that is farthest from that noise?

Sad but true. No coffee makers at Pop. I brought my own last trip and will bring it again this trip. There is a coffee maker exchange thread somewhere.

BTW--no towels by the pool either. I will be bringing a beach towel as well.

I have not heard anything about construction.

they have not started back.

so would ask for a lake view.

because the lake view are so far from the other side - construction work probably would not happen. besides they work 8am to 5pm = when you are in the parks.

Just got back, and there was no construction where we were, in the 70's. As for the towels, you can have housekeeping being you more towels to use at the pool.

I missed not having a coffee maker in our room too. I'm gonna prolly find a cheapie and bring it with us next August. Nescafe doesn't do it for me.
