Since they don't seem to be releasing a Feb-Mar code to the general public like they did last year, it doesn't bode well for a repeat of the other offers they made last year (tix upgrade in April/May and Aug/Sept free dining)

They offered the free tix updrade and free waterparks for Jan and Feb (which we took advantage of) so you just never know.

The waterparks and more ticket upgrade discount could be booked for travel until 3/15. Keep in mind Easter is early this year and they typically don't have any discounts the week before or after Easter. The next set of discounts will probably be for late April-mid May. Last year they had both package and room only discounts for this "Spring" time frame. I think it was 30% off the room, if I am remembering correctly.
Don't give up hope. The Spring discounts didn't come out until early March.
