No code on quest card question

Does anyone know what I could do, when we were in Disney this past August I got a vmk card for the High School Musical room and it had no code on the back. Is there anything I could do? We are going back the week of Thanksgiving. Any suggestions would be helpfull.

Hey Deb!

You COULD wait til you go back next month and have them replace it with a new card, or else you could write the Black Hole and tell them your situation.

Hmmm... which do you think would be faster??

All kidding aside, I'd give the Black Hole a try. It sounds like they have picked up the pace a little on responding to queries.

I received a quest room card recently where the last digit of the code was unrecognizable. I brought it with me the next time I went to WDW and they gave me a new one.

We have a pirate caribbean town room that only have two out of the 4 code combinations needed. I plan on taking it with me during my next trip whenever that is.

I have had that happen with a card from DL. They will replace it for you. If you can wait until you go back, that is the easiest option. If not, you will have to write to Contact Us.

Just a tip for everyone else - quickly glance through your cards before leaving VMK Central whenever you get cards. Printing errors DO happen.

I had one like that for a Thunder Mountain Teleporter recently. We had it replaced the last time we went. We had a nice CM and did not have to show the messed up card since we had forgotten it at home. He just replaced it on our honor. Since you are going back at Thanksgiving, I would just wait and get it replaced then.

I have 4 magic mirrors cards right now with now codes not on them. We were at DIsneyland this week and my husband and I both had 2 each. But they are very good about replacing them. Just take it back with you when you go.
