Morning, WISHers! Woke up this morning inspired to have a perfect WW day! So who's on board with me -- at least for today? I might just go for FIVE servings of fruits and veggies today, too, since we went to the fruit market yesterday!
 
I'll take the challenge with you. It is a beautiful sunny day here and I am up for having a perfect day.

So, how's it so far?

I had a nectarine and a rice cake for b-fast. Lunch was 3 oz. of chicken w/ bbq sauce over a bed of baby spinach, broccoli and green pepper and 1 c. of yellow honeydew for dessert. Just ate another rice cake, so I have 14 pts. left for dinner (if I can make it there!).
 
so far so good for me - and believe you me i have thought of this thread a few times already!

i meant to have breakfast, really I did, i'm a big believer in it. we left for church and i realized all i had was coffee! not cool. thankfully we were home by 11 a.m. so I ate lunch then: turkey, slaw wrap for 5 pts with healthy choice mocha ice cream bar 2 pts; just had nosalt tortilla chips with salsa for 3 pts. since today is a rest day for me that leaves me 9 pts, heading out to the pool for a couple hours with maybe 2 pts snack then 7 pts for dinner! viola!
 
I did good yesterday as well-ended up with a 1 lb. loss for the week. I am going to Ocean City this week, but I am hoping all the walking will make up for the little extra eating.

I did ok yesterday too -- but I know I'm not going to be good tonight, as we have dinner reservations at an upscale gourmet restaurant for dinner. I'll just eat light today –– granola bars for breakfast and a salad w/ chicken for lunch.
 
i stuck to my plan and ended my day on my low pt range since I didn't workout

what a great way to start the week and today i'm feeling back on the wagon! thanks for the inspiration!
