your best bet is to hop aboard disney's magic carpet ride (aka the disney transportaion bus) at your resort and head to AK, or MK....

if you go to AK (if its still open) hop right on the poly bus and it will take u to its door step)

if you go to MK, go and hop on the resort mono rail loop and get off at the poly
depending on how late MK is open that night, you can hop back on the monorail and get off at MK and pick up your bus there, or you might have to go out front and take the bus to DTD, and pick up your AKL bus there
