We're eating at Mama's next week and the way I see it, no bread = me being able to get dessert! 
Now if someone at our table wants bread, and my DH might certainly want some, then we'll order it. To us, it is no big deal. Is Disney nickel and diming us? Maybe, but I'm not going to worry about it because I'll be on vacation!!!
