I had one in my CSR room when I was there Nov 26th-Dec 4th. I booked bounceback rooms for May 5th-12th, Sept 1st-8th, and Oct 27th-Nov 3rd. Some people take the flyers home with them and housekeeping does not replace them. If one is not in your room, ask housekeeping for one or else just call 8844 from your room and ask what the bounceback is.
We had the bounce back offer, too, at the WL. Returned home yesterday after a 5 night stay. They also sent me the bounce back offer via email while we were there.
I was missing the bounceback one time at All Star Music. You should have seen me trying to explain to the very nice lady at the front desk what in the world I was talking about. She was from China and trying very hard to help me out, but we were just not communicating. She did get a manager for me, who then told me that there was no such thing. *sigh* Luckily, I was able to connect to the DIS Boards and find out what the then-current offer was and what code to use!
I agree the % was a little low, but I still booked three (May 5th-12th, Sept 1st-8th, and Oct 27th-Nov 3rd). I'll be switching to the AP discounts if they beat them for those dates, but with all the talk from Disney that discounts are going to get less and less, I wanted to have my trips booked just in case something better didn't come out. 30% at a Moderate is still better than rack rate. An AP discount is usually about 40% for a Deluxe and 35% at a Moderate, however for the fall, the AP discount was only 25% at the Moderates and 35% at the Deluxes and the current AP discount for 1/2/12-3/8/12 is 30% at a Value and 35% at Moderates, Deluxes and Villas. I remember several years ago getting 49% off a courtyard view at WL, but I'm afraid those days are long over.
