Once the rack rates are released for your dates you'll be able to modify it online.

The travel agency has an agreement with the Disney Groups & Conventions department, which is how they’re able to offer the agency exclusive rates. From what I understand, they’re “on the hook” for those rooms, but they must sell enough of them that they’re able to turn a profit. The rooms aren’t available for anyone else to book, I don’t think. There’s more info out on the internet about how they do their bookings.

I think there are a fair number of people around here who already use this agency.

People like me. Yes, OP, it's for real but you have to find the agency yourself, as we can't even name them on Disboards.

I had 9 nights in September 2017 at Wilderness Lodge, but we had to cancel due to the hurricane. I think that's why I'm so disappointed I couldn't find it for these dates.

Did you check with any TAs? I know mine had WL availability for November 2-12. In some instances, they can adjust the dates. For instance, she had availability at the Poly starting Oct. 22. My vacation starts on Oct. 21, and she was able to book the room (and discount) for me starting that date.
