So I'm using my +10 and finding nothing for lunch or dinner end October / beginning November - seems strange?
 
Hmmm, having played around a bit, 30th August seems to be the last date I can get any availability, nothing at all after 31st August...
Are they having a refurb?
 
So I called and they say they can't see any availability either, but some bookings have already been made, so there's just currently no availability (implying it's fully booked).

But I can get a lunch ressie pretty much any day (including tomorrow!) until I get to 31st August, then no availability at any time, right through to the November dates that are included in my +10. There's definitely something odd going on here...
 

I tried the same thing this morning. I could not get anything in Oct or Nov. There are times available for today. This is a family favorite. I was able to get all the ADR's we wanted with this exception. I can't imagine them closing for refurb during FW?
 
We have a dinner ressie here mid-October. I booked it right at 180. Maybe it's just a system glitch?

i had the same problem! i cant imagine it could already be booked up at 180+10, 2 minutes after booking opens! (i hope lol) ill be waiting and checking constantly to see if it opens up!
 
I'm pretty sure these dates must all open back up at some point, it's just when!!
 
I had that problem with Jiko last trip, no availability after a certain date. It turned out it was an error with their system and was back to normal in a few days. I would just keep checking back -- I hope it works out!

Its the same as it ever was. If you liked it before, chances are you will still like it. It has decreased in popularity since it went to 2 credits and is no longer the perceived value it used to be in my opinion.
 
hmmm.... I booked Le Cellier last week for dinner on a Saturday in October. When I checked a couple of different days, there were 1-2 times available for each (1st week in Oct)
 
IT sounds like Disney's IT department is flawless once again (sarcasm)

They were probably fooling around with dining for whatever reason. the word whim comes to mind. I would send disney a polite condensed email detailing how it can't be correct in the computer and ask them to check on it.

When they first started the cc guarantee i had the worst time trying to book Olivia's for chrssss sake is not a restaurant many people go out of their way to book but I couldn't find a reservation until I learned there was the famous it "glitch" and it would not book less than 2 people and this was a solo trip. I sooooo Love Disney IT and that isn"t because of the layoffs that is because Disney IT has always sucked!!! A multi billion dollar company should really fire all the IT people and start over from scratch. In today's world where the internet is where it is at Disney has miserably failed
 
Any ideas on the best email address, or a technical / web support phone number?
I feel like if I don't raise it with the right area it'll just get dismissed with a claim that everything is already booked...
 
I found a phone number for technical support and spoke to someone who was pretty helpful and took the issue away to do some further investigation.

A few hours later, just now, availability seems to all be up and functioning, and I now have my elusive ADR!

YES!! I just got ours. I will have one happy son and the rest of the family for that matter. It was his choice and the only one I did not get. Thank you for letting us know!
