There must be a huge number of people going to EPCOT Dec. 1,2,3, because I have not been able to get a reservation in ANY Epcot restaurant for anytime on any of those nights! Do people make more than one reservation and then cancel at the last minute? Are there a lot of no shows? How about for the CP---can people make multiple reservations and again cancel later? The Disney gal told me to call back 2 days before I leave...

We're going to Epcot on Dec. 2. I made my ADR at 180 days out at precisely 7 AM EST. DH & I talked about the CP and decided that really isn't something we are interested in, so that is probably a good thing.

Call back periodically. I know I change my ADRs around several times before we actually get to WDW, so something could open up. Good luck!

Is it possible to do this? I thought Disney tracked your name and number on the computer now. :confused3

I believe this. We went last December during those days, and we made ADRs in advance for every day except one, believing that we'd surely find something while walking around the world showcase. The only restaurant that could take us was Nine Dragons, a place we never really wanted to try. We were grateful, and the food wasn't bad, but we definitely won't take that chance again for our next trip!

I would still call back periodically, there is always the chance that something will open, especially sicne you still have a couple months to go. GOod luck!!

I don't know if this idea would work for you, but the restaurants at the Boardwalk are close enough to walk from Epcot. Personally, I think both Spoodles and Flying Fish are as good or better than any of the ones at Epcot.
