No ADRs available for Crystal Palace, what are my chances?

I had all of my ADRS booked months ago for our upcoming trip in 3 weeks. MY DS recently requested a lunch at Crystal Palace, which I had not planned around. I wanted to do all new restaurants this trip, but, I have to admit, that was one of our favorite experiences . Hey, who am I to say no to such a wonderful request from my DS .

The bad news: I tried for an ADR on Friday, April 25th for lunch, but CP is completely booked. Any chances I will get an ADR if I call each day looking for cancellations? Do I have a chance of getting in without an ADR at all? There are four of us. I never go to TS or Character meals without an ADR so I do not know if it is even possible to get in without an ADR.]

Any first hand experiences or expert advise is welcome.

I would keep trying.....I was able to get an 8:05 breakfast ADR 2 days before hand. Granted this was in Oct, not April. You really have nothing to lose if you try.

I tried for months to get an ADR for Tony's in the MK before my last trip in November. We spent a great day in the MK and at around 3:00pm I called the Disney Dining line from my cell phone from inside the park...not only did I get a reservation but I had a choice!!! Call the night before your intended reservation or the day of and I bet you will get something...but call the disney dining line..when people cancel through the dining line I wonder how quickly they let the restaurants know..have a good trip!

Thanks for the advice, I will keep trying and also try the night before and morning of...

Prissymouse, there are four of us for Friday April 25th, we are trying for an early time, like 11:30am since we have an early ADR for dinner (MK closes early for grad night so we wanted to have an early dinner and hit one or two more rides before we had to leave). That's is our only full day in MK so that is the only day that works for us (no park hoppers here).

Actually, looking back I wish we didn't get an ADR ! The atmosphere was just OK..not much of a theme going on..The food was not good! Now, I am from NY and my mother in law is the best Italian cook..so when we eat Italian food out we eat at high end restaurants and even then we are pretty critical. I am not a picky eater normally! The sauce was watery and the food was overcooked/dry. I know from reading these threads that some people really enjoy Tony's. We did not..

Keep Trying. I tried for 2 weeks to get an ADR for Jiko. I finally got one today for my Dinner this Sunday Night. You never know if someone will cancel.

We tried to get an ADR for our arrival last year for CP and wound up being seated. We went right near the start of dinner and waited about 15 minutes. As soon as someone didn't show up, we were seated. We were able to get a breakfast ADR the day before also that trip.

I would also suggest going up to the podium just before time for lunch to start and see if they can seat you right then. That is if 11 isn't to early for you. Good luck.
