I was disappointed when we were there a few weeks ago. As people have already said, it is quite small and so it got packed without many people actually being in there. There's also not many seats, or rather, they are all grouped around bigger tables, which meant that you'd get a situation where three families of four would arrive and each would take a table that had six or eight seats around it and all of a sudden, there's no more spare seats in the whole lounge (unless you want to butt in and join one of these families - which they might not appreciate!)
I also was not impressed with the food and drink - not so much the quality, which was good, but the availability. We normally go to the Servisair lounge where basically you help yourself to a whole range of stuff, mainly pre-packaged snacks, but I don't mind that. Here's it's all fresh, but possibly because of that, the range is much reduced. We got there at 11am for a 1pm flight and the breakfast selection was still out - if you wanted a bag of crisps or a sandwich or something like that, tough. Also, for some reason you had to order your drinks at the bar and then have them delivered to you (or sit with them at the bar) - there was no fridge to help yourself to soft drinks. That would have been okay, except it then took about ten minutes for them to arrive at your table. All I wanted was a Coke, I didn't need a waitress for that!
At the same price as the Servisair lounge, it was certainly posher and everything from the food to the decor to the service was more upscale. But if you just want to sit down (and not have to wait for a seat) with a newspaper and a quick snack that you can get quickly and easily, then I wouldn't bother.
