NK1 Room at the HoJo?

I was just wondering if anyone has stayed in an NK1 (king standard) room at the HoJo? If so, was it in Building 1 or 2 and what did you think about the room? We have stayed at the HoJo several times but only in NQQ2 (2 queen deluxe) and NQQ1 (2 queen premium) rooms. My parents are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary by joining my family and I in California for the last half of our trip. I reserved an NQQ1 room for the two of them in honor of the occasion. However, we've made some last minute changes to our plans and they'll be coming in one night earlier than originally planned. The HoJo did not have an NQQ1 room available, so I booked an NK1 for them. I'm sure it will be fine, but I just want everything to be perfect for their trip.:)

If you email stay@hojoanaheim.com with your confirmation number and/or last name & arrival date, we can note a request for a room facing the Garden Pool in Building 2.

We can't guarantee it, but we are more than happy to note it- and our Front Desk Staff always tries their best to try to accommodate those requests.

Hope this helps!

Thanks, Lorealle. I'm sending you a message right now.

Truthfully... One of the King rooms was the first room we stayed in when we first came to the Hojo. I had heard all of this great stuff about the Hojo, and then the room was soooooooo SO tiny! I swear, I really love the Hojo, and it's always clean and well kept, and the beds are very comfortable for the value. In fact, we have 3 vacations through the end of this year booked at the Hojo, so I really do enjoy it! But we were really surprised at the size of the room. It was like, bed, nightstands on each side (maybe a table on one side), dresser at the end of the room, closet to the right of the bed (I think), and bathroom.

But it was functional! And clean! And comfortable! Just very tiny, so be warned!

Thanks, Maberlyne. I appreciate your honesty and that's exactly why I asked the question. I'm stll thinking it will be OK for them for one night. They won't arrive until about 10 pm and will just sleep before hit the parks the next day. Then they'll move to the premium room.
