Anyone planning on going to Toms Riverfest in July?

I want to get tix to see Live, but can't find anyone interested. I'll drag my son kicking and screaming if I have to.

LOL. Yeah, that's what I was thinking too. Unfortunately, I think the Idols tour is in VA that day. There's always a chance though.....

I did TRFest last year, but it's doubtful that I'll go again this year. Nobody is playing this year that I'm interested in. Maybe next year.

How was the festival itself, aside from the entertainment? I wanted to go last year, but no one was interested...probably the same thing that will happen this year. Was it typical county fair type stuff?

It was mostly county fair type stuff, and the main draw were the celebrity shows at night. I'm a huge Clay Aiken fan (note avatar), so while the fair activities went on, I (along with a group of about 20 other Clay fans) stood along the back barrier and listened to his sound check.

We went last year too-saw Kelly Clarkson, Jesse McCartney.It was fun-we arent going this year because we will be at Disney. If we were home, I would take my daugther to see Hilary Duff and Ive always loved Live so Id see them too.oh well-I'll have to settle for Mickey Mouse!
