Sorry, couldn't resist..:goodvibes

I'm going to test drive a Nissan Quest tomorrow at my friend's dealership... my "Soul Patrol" mobile is in "intensive care" so it's time to move on....

I have been looking into a minivan or a small SUV... been checking into the Pontiac Vibe, Toyota Matrix and the new Nissan Versa. My friend called me about a 2004 Nissan Quest that came available with low miles and a GOOD price. It's the look I'm looking for but would like any personal experiences.

Do you like yours?

Well, I have a 2005....but I LOVE it. I was going back and forth between it and a small SUV as well, but I'm so glad I went with the Quest. It has tons of room and it's very comfortable. I've fit 6 large adults in for a longish drive, and everyone had plenty of leg and head room. I've also stuffed it with 7 kids and all of their luggage for a 4 day trip.

It rides very smoothly and I really like the center console w/ all of the controls. At first I felt like I was driving a space ship (in a good way!)

Anywho...I love it LOL!

I just got a Nissan Versa and I love it. I test-drove the Toyota Matrix and wasn't crazy about the way it rode.

Okay now I'm MORE confused! :rotfl:

The Versa is so new it makes me nervous but I do like the size and look. We lug a LOT of stuff so we need the room of the Quest.... ugh... I guess I'll have to check both of them out before deciding... and, of course, check the numbers!

Robin,

Not exactly a small SUV, more like a big station wagon, but I LOVE    (<----that much) my Subaru Forrester. Big enough for DH, DS, and me. All we've been loading that poor thing up with soccer gear, baseball gear, bikes, skateboards, etc.

Really, I'm just DS's chauffeur, but I love this car.

But we've owned Nissans in the past, and driven 2 of them into the ground. GREAT cars.

Robin have you looked at a Saturn Vue? We have owned several Saturns(DW, DDs, and I) and have really liked the brand. DW is driving a Vue and it is a very comfortable and roomy vehicle. It has the seat warmers and you DEFINITELY want those(I know you're in the South, but on those chilly mornings....) At least check it out. We have had very good experiences with the dealerships re service. :)

Thanks guys! I actually bought the Quest and WOW, what a nice car! I took it to my mechanic first who told me I got a STEAL!!:cool1:

I'm thrilled! Now we take my new Soul Patrol to Savannah tomorrow!! I'm a happy girl!!
