I have been looking at these systems and debating whether or not to buy one, but wondered if anyone had any real hands on experience and reviews on them? It's a pricey purchase and I just wondered if it's as great as the QVC infomercials make it sound. I love the aspect of cooking in it and flipping straight to slow cooker method.

Some specific questions:

Can I truly get rid of my regular crockpot? I do not have room for both. What prompts this is I have an Instapot which technically can slow cook but they are not good for that. Is the Ninga truly a slow cooker?

Are you pleased with the cooking quality?

I am still holding on to Christmas money from last year so the financial side isn't a huge issue but I don't want to waste my money on something that isn't very useful.

Thanks for your help!

I have this. And it just takes up a ton of room in my cabinet. That being said, I have 5 kids ( ignore my outdated username lol ) and it just isn't big enough to make a mealEven though I got a big one.

Like you, I was hoping to really have an all in one unit and get rid of the other individual cookers. But it was just a waste of money for me.

I have the ninja three in one. I honestly don't use it much because it's so big but I did use it a few times as a slow cooker. My main problem with it was that the sensor that registered whether the pot was in place started getting difficult to the point that you had to scoot is around for it to make contact. I would just keep your slow cooker and pass on the ninja.

I have the 3 in 1 and use it several times a week. It is so easy to clean. I love several recipes in the recipe book that came with it. And I found several groups on Facebook that have some good recipes and tips. I love being able to brown meat using stove top mode then just switch it to oven or crockpot. I have found that the crockpot setting runs really hot. I have to make sure there is plenty of liquid in it so it doesn’t dry out, or be at home and watch it. I would definitely recommend it.
