Has anyone stayed in a Treehouse Villa with 9 people? Did it work out OK? We are considering this for a trip next January. 4 parents, 5 kids ages 4-13. We'd put the girls in the bunk room and let the boys have the sofa and chair. Each couple would have their own room. We're thinking this sleeping arrangement would work better than a 2-bedroom even though OKW would be more total space.

As long as you are the couple getting the master bedroom, lol. The second bedroom is right by the bathroom that all of those children will be using and the walls are thin. The master bed and bath are nice.

I think it would work fine, especially with the ages of the kids, and if you like slumber parties! :lmao: It would be kind of close quarters during the day if you spend much time in the room, but you can also use the really big deck for sitting and relaxing too. As long as the weather's good you'll be fine. (We had pouring down rain the night before we left for home with our group of 8, 2 couples, 3 single adults, and 1 toddler, and it wouldn't have been nice if we'd had to stay cooped up inside for any period of time, however.);)

As long as the 5 kids are "kid-size", you should be great. 9 adult-size people would be REALLY cramped. We absolutely LOVED the treehouses. Have a wonderful, wonderful time....:goodvibes

I think it will work fine since five of the occupants are kids.

We stayed last March in a treehouse and it was great. I saw an old fashioned bluebird (the little round kind) in a tree - I hadn't seen one of those since staying with my grandparents on their farm in Kentucky back in the 60's.

I think it will work out fine if you are comparing it to two bedroom villa's. It will be tight either way, but I liked the privacy of the THV's and the ability for people to go to their "own" rooms.

We just got back from the THVs!!! Me, DH, my uncle, my aunt, and 4 kids (11, 9, 7, and 1). That's 8 total but the baby was in with us in the pack n play. even though it's not the 9 you'll be traveling with i really think it's doable, especially if the kids are going to be together in the living room. besides, how fun will that be for them?? like a big sleepover.

my aunt and uncle had the smaller room and didn't say anything about the bathroom walls being thin. they also had been park hopping all day with us so maybe they were just really tired!!

go for it! in my opinion, the THV are a great value! SUPER FUN! and only the cost of a 2 br at SSR! woot!

Yep, we stayed there with 6 adults and 3 kids. Worked out fine, and you are replacing 2 adults with 2 kids, so you should be fine.
