Yes it's open, I went during my October 08 trip. And it's delicious, much better than before. Enjoy!

Went in November and it has improved. it's definitely open.

I have an ADR for late March. So I would guess that it is open.

I saw a picture of a meal after they reopened and it seamed the portions were much smaller. What are the opinions on this from anyone who went before the rehab and after?

We went in Dec and loved it (we were also fans of the 'old' Nine Dragons...)

Portion size - we didn't really notice a difference - still plenty to eat and still a little left over for me!! Food has definately improved, and we'll be going back for sure!

I thought the portion size was pretty much the same both times we went Dec 07 (pre rehab) and Nov 08 (post rehab). I had the same entree both times. I seen the pictures right after they opened and I definitely received alot more food than what was pictured in those early posts
