Nine Dragons - still offering fixed-price dinner?

My question is about a restaurant at Epcot's China pavilion -- Nine Dragons. Are they still offering the $11-12 fixed-price meal for dinner?

I have an old WDW guide that says this, but I haven't been able to find any info in new books. I'm not sure if the dinner is at certain times or what, but if you could help me out, that would be great.

Nie Dragons Menu - March 2004

Here is the latest menu that Deb has posted over at allears.net . Hope this helps because I've never seen the dinner you described. We've visited this restaurant every time we're at WDW since our first trip in Dec. 2000.

I went last year in Sept and the only set price was the dinner sampler for 2 and it was $42.50
