Our party of 6 attended the Nine Dragons restaurant at Epcot on July the 4th, having booked six months prior. Four of our party had had a great experience twice before two years ago. Then they had no problem in requesting items not on the menu such as no peas and onions in the fried rice (picky boys!) the staff were very happy to oblige. For this trip (and I know it was busy!) no small variations to the meal were allowed. The waitress was very abrupt and didn,t seem very ameniable. We expected to wait a while for the food as it was cooked to order?? However our meals arrived at the same time as our drinks and it was obvious that they had been pre- prepared. The boys could not eat their meals and one of the others although nice was only warm. The boys left without eating. The waitress then plonked the bill in front of us and did not even offer a dessert. We had words with the Manager but he was of little assistance. We understand it was busy but it was last time we went, but we just wanted to say how disappointed we were with the service on such a special day.
