Nine Dragons buffet

I read the menu on wdwig and it seems they have a buffet during lunch time for only $14.95. Does anyone know if they still do this and if it is any good? I'm not going to a chinese restaurant outside WDW, if it's not Nine Dragons, it's an other WDW restaurant.

My husband wants to know this too. This is the one he choose to do. We each get 2 choices per trip that the other one has to go along with.
