I did a search for a dining/food review on Nine Dragons, but they were not "recent" (like since 2009) and I think that was before the refurb, so I'm want to hear from folks who have eaten there lately and what you thought!

Also, did you eat there for lunch or dinner, what did you order (and did you like it??) and did you take any pictures? You know we LOVE our food porn!!

:lmao:

THANKS!!!

Nine Dragons was one of our favorites before the refurb. We went once after it. They ruined the menu IMHO. I now put it on par with any local American Chinese Restaurant, but overpriced. Gone were the dim sum delicacies and the novel Chinese dishes. Was disappointed in the flavor of the new dishes. While I've been back to WDW since, I haven't been back to 9 Dragons and won't.

We went last January and we thought it was pretty good. We had never gone before to Nine Dragons so I don't have it to compare to, but we liked it. A ton of food and left very full!
We had General Tso's chicken dumplings and shared the Peppered Beef, more then enough to fill me and my DH up!
Was it the most amazing Chinese food ever? No, but I would say that it was comparable to PF Changs.

we ate there last may, and are going back in 2 weeks!! i loved my egg rolls because there wasn't a bunch of cabbage filler like you get at your typical take out place, there were big chunks of meat! the fried rice dish was simply amazing and i can't wait to have it again!! here's our review from last may...

we were actually discussing the restaurant last night and how excited we are to go back! enjoy!!

Hey I LOVE PF Changs..LOL

lol me too! but i guess because we were discussing this at the mall food court, it made nine dragons sound like five star gourmet! :lmao: we were doing a little last minute vaca shopping and for some reason thought "china max" was a good idea.

We eat at 9 Dragons every trip, usually for lunch, and we always enjoy the meal. I really like the Hot and Sour Soup, fried rice, and Mongolian Beef. Last september I ate dinner there (and watched Illuminations from the restaurant...they piped in the music) and the food was good. I think I had a shrimp past meal. Good...but I liked the beef and general tsos chicken better.
