I bought one last year and I love it. Only lately the memory card tells me that there is an error and needs to be reformated. What kind of memory card do I get for this camera? I am amazon prime, so if someone can link me to the best card, I would appreciate it!

Maybe this is a stupid question, but did you reformat the card like the camera asked you to? And if so, do you keep getting the same error message?

I reformat, then it will happen in the middle of the photos. First time happened in the middle of DW, second time at a circus, third time at Easter.... Never again! So, I just need a new one.

Dumb question, what is SDHC vs SD? Maybe that's my issue. Should I be buying an SD or SDHC?

The only difference between the two formats is that the HC stands for high capacity meaning typically anything over 4mb I believe is now called SDHC. There really is not a heck of a lot of difference between the different makers of the cards these days. I prefer to use sandisk but again its a personal preference. I would buy a new disk however since it sounds like there may be something wrong with the one you have and the costs these days are so low that you can afford to buy lots of cards.
