Fireworks, SpectroMagic, World of Color, and Fantasmic are all nighttime activities, right? How many of these can you do on one night? What's the best way to see them all?
There's no such thing as SpectroMagic at Disneyland. It's possible to see the fireworks and Fantasmic! in one night but to see all three is pushing it. If WOC still shows around 10 pm, it could be hard because the first Fantasmic! showing is around the same time as the fireworks. You could see the second showing of Fantasmic! around 10, which is the same time as WOC. You'd have to hustle.
On July 4th, we did do all 3 in one night. It was a hustle night. We did 9pm Fantasmic!, then watched the fireworks from the ROA, then moved as fast as we could, taking the CMs advice to go backstage (they don't always open it) and took it to City Hall, then crossed to DCA and arrived at WoC about 2 mins before it started at 1015p. It can be done, we did it simply to say we have. My kids are adults, so we split up and met back up in the esplanade. Made it easier than trying to stay together.
Oh! I thought that WDW was showing the Main Street Electrical Parade b/c Spectro was in DL. So, there are no nighttime parades at DL? I would've really looked stupid sitting and waiting for that to start then, huh!

Anyone seeing these shows for the first time should avoid trying to see WOC on the same night as fireworks because of the timing differences.
Seeing WOC and F! on the same night is not that hard. Seeing fireworks and F! on the same night is not that hard. Seeing all three is possible for people who know exactly where to go, do not have kids with them who have height and viewing angle issues (and also move more slowly), and is OK with the fact that if something goes amiss they will not see one of the shows.
