Night out for Dh and I

We'll be down in the world in Jan with my parents. They'll watch the kids for us one night so dh and I can go out to dinner. We're looking for something new. We don't like super fancy, but want something unique.
We will likely be staying at BWV so somewhere close would be good, but we will have a rental car this trip, so we can travel.

Here are my choices thus far. We haven't been to any of them.

Spoodles will be gone and Cat Cora's new restaurant will be up and running by then. That might be a good choice.

I really enjoy Le Cellier. The Yachtmans Steakhouse is also very good.

if DDP is not an issue, I would recommend Bluezoo in the Dolphin
