Night of Joy weekend dilemma

So I reserved a 2BR VGF for Sept 5-8 for the Night of Joy weekend. Was willing to take my kids out of school for Friday and Monday to make the trip. Now, DD does not want to go and DS is indifferent. DW is not sure she can get the time off from work so it seems this trip may be falling apart.

I borrowed points from 2015 for this reservation, and my UY is Feb. So the options seem to be: 1) cancel altogether and hope to find a way to use the points before Feb. 2) try to rent the reservation to someone. 3) gift the reservation to someone. 4) travel solo.

Any suggestions or any options I'm overlooking?

Find some other friends or family members that would like to join you. There also may be people interested at your church in attending Night of Joy. Donate the room to the church.
