Night of Joy Rides? Characters? Shops? Food? Sorcerer's?

Sorry this is a little lengthy, I felt like I needed to explain myself:

I know I haven't been on here for a while, and honestly I have no regrets not being here, but I figured I needed to ask this here: I've been trying to look online to see what's all open for Night of Joy. Everything that comes up just says Pirates, Space Mountain, Buzz, Splash Mountain, and Thunder Mountain. I've also seen elsewhere most of Fantasyland is open. That list is a little to vague for me to understand. I know for sure the Railroad, the Boats, and Tom Sawyer Island can't be opened at that time being nighttime and all. So what about Haunted Mansion? Laugh Floor? Jungle Cruise? Peoplemover? Those are the only ones that I want to do that aren't in Fantasyland and are not on this list. I've heard the last 3 are closed but I rather hear from someone who was there last year

I'm also curious about characters, food, and shopping? I do like meeting the characters (even though I'm older than I should be to meet them) and spending long periods of time in the gift shops looking at all the stuff, and that'll just be weird for me going without actually stepping into a gift shop and at least seeing characters out

Last but not least is Sorcerer's of the Magic Kingdom open? I've been getting the cards but I've only stopped at one or two portals since then and I really want to visit more and this is my next opportunity to do so.

Last year all ride that were not down for reburbs were open. Fastpass return times end at 7. Counter serve restaurants are open till about 9 and most gift shops open till close.
Don't know about sorcerers. I doubt characters will be out but not sure.

Kind of figured about Fastpasses being a separate ticket. That's weird about counter serves though! Thank you for your answers!

That's pretty par for hard ticket events. Not all will be open, and those that are open will usually gradually close throughout the night. For a MNSSHP or MVMCP it's not at all out of the question for only Cosmic Rays, Casey's and Sleepy Hollow to be open at the end of the night. Remember that hard ticket events typically have a smaller attendance than during normal hours, and that at 11 or 12 most people have already consumed dinner.

I was going to ask if those were true, don't want to walk in to the magic kingdom and look in the bushes now. It's not that "magical" to me to do that there

With the hard ticket event that mountdew said, this is my first one since I was 4, and I have no idea what they're like since I was so young. I honestly just wanted some popcorn and ice cream, and maybe a quick bite if I'm that hungry, but my first thought were the food carts. I'll probably avoid Cosmic Rays because I heard there was a band playing there
