Niece's fiance joining for 3 days

We're arriving in 9 days on a package and my niece's fiance decided to join us for the weekend. We have 2 rooms at POP. Can we add him to one of the rooms after he arrives. We have 4 adults and a 5 yo in adjoining rooms.TIA.

Just add his name once you have checked in. If you do it then, he can use ME when he arrives.

As the pp said, if he needs DME, it would be best to add him when you arrive so DME can be arranged for transfer to the resort. If he doesn't need DME, you can wait to add him when he arrives. Keep in mind that he will have to buy his park tickets separately and pay OOP for his meals.
