Nicolesdisigns??? Can't find!!

I got an autograph book cover from Nicolesdisigns a while back for my DD and I don't see her thread on here anymore. Maybe I have overlooked it. I didn't think DS, who will be 15, would care about an autograph book, but I was wrong! I had one made for him for our trip last year and could use the same one, I just can't find it on my computer anymore. I may have deleted it since I didn't think he would care! I would like a cover for him to either match my DD's ( her's had Mickey and Minnie on it with there arms wide open) or one with Pluto. It really doesn't matter what his cover is as long as it is personalized. Can anyone help me out??? His name is CJ!
