Nicknames - you got one?

The resident physicians at my last job nicknamed me Lois Lane, since I was always running around trying to chase down the attending physician for whom I worked.

When I was at home with my parents we visited relatives in Texas (my Dad's from there) a few times and they all called me Sugarfoot. Have no idea how they came up with that one.

In high school it was "Happy Happy Joy Joy"

In college it was "Joy and Pain" (usually sung, not said)

When I was a kid my Dad called me Tootsie Roll and now my friend Charlie calls me Allisonybologna.

My former co-worker, now one of the supervisors calls me Binks...as in Jar-Jar Binks...He found out that my initials are JAR and decided that this was the best nick name

Yep. Boo-Boo....then it was just shortened to Boo which EVERYONE calls me. At some point my sisters changed it to "****y" and for some horrible reason that caught on. Since I work w/ family most a lot of our clients have picked up on it and now I get calls asking for Boo, I'm waiting for the day one of them asks for ****y.

My nick name is Gizmo. You know the furry little creatures that you don't feed after midnight? I had a guy I was dating in high school give it to me. He said I was warm and cuddly like Gizmo. So that is what I was called all through high school. I even had it put on my letter jacket.

usually in my family it's either Kris(which i don't mind, i kinda like it) and Krissy(which i just put up with, but don't really like it much)

in school it was Cha Cha because i had the same name as Cha Cha in Grease.

and DF's friends called my Tinkerbell or Tink after i dressed as her for Halloween a few years ago and they thought i looked just like her.
