Anyone have a direct contact email/phone number for Nick? We bought last year with Nick but when I click an older email to reach out to him, it’s just a general email address. We would like to speak with him directly.

Give the main number a call and they will put you through to him.

I hope someone will have specific information, but I would recommend calling the 1-800 number and ask for him. Be aware that with the pandemic, 1) there has been some turnover, 2) some guides may have been furloughed or let go. If you ask for him and they cannot connect you, you may have to go for someone else. If he was a good guide, hopefully he is still employed.

A guide called me last week,
here’s the transcription:
