I am thinking of staying here the day before we head off the Windsor Hills for the week. It would be Aug 23rd. Is it worth to stay for one night??? Im concerned about the pool hours, is this enough time and what time do they close??

I think one night would be enough. Are you getting there early enough on check-in day for pool time? I'm sorry I don't remember exactly what time the pools/slides closed but I'm guessing they're at least open until 8 - 9 pm or so. So if you could get 4 - 5 hours in on day of arrival that would be good. Then, on your check-out day - you can stay as late as you want after checking out. You get to keep your bracelets for that whole day. So, when we were there in Nov. we packed up our bags, put them in the rental car, packed our cooler with lunch and drinks - and went down to the pool for the rest of the day. I think we ended up leaving about 3 or 4 and had the kids down there by 9 or 10 - so we got another full day in for us.

thanks for responding! Yes i think we will be there early around noon

We are also staying just one night. We are getting there very late, but we called and they said we can use the pool until about 4 pm, when they said the next day wrist bands change. The only thing I don't know if we could do are the shows at 5pm. There are Dora Live on stage shows throughout the day, the reason we are going. Also the character breakfast (make reservations ahead of time). Last year we also stayed just one night, but we had to leave by 1pm, it was a little rushed, and we didn't get to dothe Dora live or Mass Slime.

Have fun

We just did the Nick Hotel for one night and it was a blast. I'm not sure what time the pool closed, but the mass slime was at 4:45pm. We weren't even planning to do it, but the character breakfast was my favorite character meal I've been to! Cosmo and Wanda were hilarious and to be perfectly honest, a family pic with SpongeBob means much more than one with Mickey or Pluto.

It was really cool (~58F) the day we stayed but the pool was heated like a bathtub so the kids got to swim and get slimed. The water was so warm my daughter was even playing on the slides. The only thing I wasn't too happy about was that although you can stay until 4, checkout time is 11am and the pool didn't open until 10am. (This very well may change during busier times- the place was DEAD during our visit.) My kids (ages 8 and 6) loved everything about the place! Go for it!
