Nicest Value Resort?

We have not stayed at a value resort in years but now that we have 2 teenagers and need 2 rooms, we may move back to value to save some money.

Which value resort has been updated most recently?

Is there any advantage to staying at one vs another other than themeing preference?

Movies has the most recent refurb. With Pop a very close second.

I think I would have to give the edge to Pop, although I like the All Stars (Music in particular).

What I like about Pop is that it has the lake which I think is nice, ALL rooms at Pop have the privacy curtain between the bathroom and bedroom area. Music only has two sections with that, not sure about Sports and Movies. Pop is more centrally located which is nice. I also think Pop has the best food court of the values.

Pop also doesn't the huge tour groups of teenagers/cheerleaders/sports teams that the All Stars do. I am not sure when your trip is, but if its during Pop Warner or when the large South American groups tour, avoid the All Stars.

Both Pop & the All Stars are excellent resorts.

At Pop the food court has a lot of choices, and they will help readily with allergies. DD has a shellfish allergy. She wanted vegetable LoMein, so they made her a new pot to be certain that the spoon in the veggie one hadn't touched the shrimp lomein. They offered this service whenever we needed it that week.

The employees throughout the resort are soooo nice to the guests. The walk by the lake and on the bridge is really pretty. The rooms are spotless, the pools are spotless, the housekeeping staff bring towels, etc within a 2 minute time span. etc,etc,etc

The All Stars are nice also. I just didn't get the "warm fuzzy feeling" that Pop delivers. (We have stayed at all 3 of them.)
