That largely depends on what kind of food/experience you want! Give us some idea of the type of food you want, whether you want entertainment or just dinner, whether you want characters or a more adult meal, etc.

Try to time your reservation arounf the fireworks for a neat experience

I want a good dinner but nothing like V&A or Chef Mickeys somewhere in the middle.

We're doing Le Cellier. It's my favorite restaurant on property.

My vote would be for Cali Grill...and yes timing it close to the fireworks is even better!

That being said, I'm celebrating my birthday in Disney this year and I've decided to try something new. Since it's just DH and myself without the kids, I'm going to give Jiko a try. Hope I like it!
