NICE place for lunch?

Well, we're back to the ol' drawing board again. We're renewing our wedding vows in Kissimmee and wanted to host a family luncheon afterwards at a very nice resort restaurant. We'll be dressed up and didn't want to change between the morning ceremony and lunch... and as we are staying on-property, we wanted to eat there. Our original plans were to go to Cinderella's Royal Table, but with the format change, that's no longer appealing to us at all (a group of 7 adults). Then we looked at restaurant reviews and got our hearts set on Artist Point... great food, great ambience, at the resort where we're staying. Sounds great... except THEY DON'T SERVE LUNCH!!! UGH!!! So, we are once again returning to the question: where is a very nice on-property restaurant to have a luncheon? Thanks for any help! ~Ev

Unfortunately, the best restaurants are only open for dinner.

Having said that, check out the Grand Floridian Cafe. I believe it is a perfect answer to what you're seeking, just because it's at the Grand Floridian (just imagine the photos you could take ). Also consider Portobello Yacht Club (very nice).

I agree with bicker. The Grand Floridian Cafe is very, very nice. Not too expensive either. Good food and the location will make for some wonderful family photos. A hint for a good place for photos. Go out to the marina. If you go to the one end, you can pose with the castle in the background.

Kona's at the Poly great photos on the beach etc. or Yatch Club Galley also nice area for photos, Both are also reasonable with good food with good sevice.
