I was thinking Victoria & Albert's but after looking at the pictures UncleRomulus posted it just isn't our cup of tea.

So where else would be a nice sit down dinner? A 3 or 4 course meal would be great. My wife is a picky eater but she'll usually eat a filet and lobster w/o a problem. Coconut shrimp are always good too. I'll eat anything.

A bottle of champagne would be good.

Ideas?

TIA,

California Grill would be nice, especially if you could book during the fireworks and get a window seat.

On your 30th wedding anniversary.

We to are celebrating our 30th anniversary. I have made ADR's at Coral Reef, we have never eaten here before, but we are looking forward to it.

I am surprising hubby with a diver with a sign along with the personalized menu...

Where ever you decide to go, enjoy your evening!:goodvibes

We're celebrating our 25th at Artist Point, so that's where I'd recommend.

Congrats on your 30th!!!! What a milestone. We are celebrating out 10th anniversary child free in the "World" this May. We are looking forward to dining at V&A's on our actual anniversary, the blue zoo the next night (at the Dolphin resort where we are staying...we have dined there once before and it is awesome) and Bistro De Paris the last night (I have heard good things and I think this may be you cup of tea...basic food prepared well.)

Jiko or California Grill would be my pick. They are our two favorite places to eat at WDW. I had the Lamb Shank at Jiko and Pork tenderloin w/ polenta at California Grill last time and loved them both. We always start with a flatbread at both restaurants.

Based on your wife's preferences, I would consider Narcoossee's. Steak and lobster are both on the menu, the food and service are great and the views of Seven Seas Lagoon are beautiful. We like dining earlier for a more peaceful meal.

Ron, I knew you would say Jiko. I saw the question and your name as last poster and just knew! It's pretty bad when I know the preferences of people I have never even met!

I do think all of the restaurants that have been named are great choices for an anniversary. But do check the menus.
