Nice Beach Resort to trade my DVC for......

Hi, I'm waitlisted for HHI and I can't stand the waiting game. (and it just started, LOL) So I was wondering does anyone know a place on the water I can trade into. We live in NY and would prefer a driveable vacation resort. If we have to fly I'm thinking we might as well go to WDW. I'm sure it's hard to even get a beach summer vacation 7 months out. What do you think?

You could request the HH Marriott's on the list. You might also list the MB Marriott, Ocean Point Marriott (West Palm), and possibly the Shorecrest (not SC II) for MB. The latter is not of DVC standards but it is right on the beach. Personally I'd look for a direct exchange with a Bluegreen members or other similar system or even a Marriott owner for what you want in exchange for DVC points or reservation.
