DD is a big fan of Nic characters Sponge Bob and Fairly Odd Parents. Can you book the meals without staying at the hotel ? If so how an how far in advance ?

When I called the Hotel I was told that only guests of the hotel can sign up for the character dinner. The soonest you can book is 60 days out.
