Niagara Falls in October

Hi,

I have been thinking of a trip to Niagara Falls in mid-October with my family. I was wondering if any of the attractions will be closed? I would also like to find a family friendly hotel with a great pool. Any advice regarding fall activites would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure about attractions but a few ideas for hotels with pools are The Americana (has own indoor water park). Also there is a new bigger indoor water park above the old Casino and it has packages with a few hotels. I believe they are the Skyline, Brock Plaza, Sheridan and I can't remember the other one. Have fun. Oh, almost forgot, the Hilton has a great pool with waterfall and waterslide.

We went last October and it was perfect. Gorgeous weather and no crowds. All of the attractions were open, including Marineland.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn Clifton Hill. Not too fancy, but clean and new, indoor pool, great breakfast and central location.
