Hi there,
Just wondering if anyone has any discounts,or good recommondations for hotels in Niagara Falls. I have been searching and anything that is a relatively good price, reviews don't sound great.
I am trying to find accomodations at a good rate, because I know everything else in Niagara Falls is extremely expensive.
Thanks in advance.

I recommend the Travelodge on Clifton Hill for it's accessibility to so many attractions - everything is walking distance. It's not the greatest hotel you'll find, but it might end up being on of the cheapest once you factor in parking (free there for guests) and continental brekkie.

The embassy and the Hilton ( both Fallsview ) are very nice and close to the falls,....For great rates check out www.ratestogo.com and be sure to click all hotels, you can only search a month out but have seen some great rates on that site...

Thanks for all of your suggestions. The Travelzoo I belong to, and that is a good deal, but not for the right time period. So hopefully there is a good one for August! I did book Great WL through ratestogo.com in Feb. so I will keep my eye on them as well.
Thanks again.

My wife and I stayed at the best western fallsview on valentines day. It was really nice. The outside looks a little beat up but the rooms were fabulous. The best i have seen in a hotel. The location is great 5 minute walk to the falls, and about 10 minutes to clifton hill. Also just across the street to the fallsview casino if your into that stuff. I can't remember the price right now but i think it was about $130 a night and you got free hot breakfast.

We're partial to the Embassy. Clean, spacious, great views and a nice hotel, but pricey in the spring and summer.
We've also stayed at the Comfort Inn on Clifton Hill and while not fancy, it wasn't too bad at all. Nice pool, free breakfast, close to everything so you're not gouged for parking. the biggest downfall is the young people who come down for the casinos and party til the wee hours of the morning.

Hi there! I work at the Doubletree Lodge and can attest to how beautiful and clean the rooms and resort is. It's part of the Hilton family, but less expensive - beautiful falls views from the top 8 floors, and you can get good internet rates on their websites. Quick walk to everything as well, plus indoor pool, restaurant on site and spa. Just a suggestion. There are many nice places in Niagara Falls. :goodvibes

We stayed at the Ramada Fallsview last summer for just over $100 per night, breakfast included. The only problem is they only have king size beds (because of the layout of the hotel) but we loved sharing that big bed with our DD since we could turn out the lights and watch the falls from our bed (we were on the 30th floor directly overlooking them)

As for service, theirs even tops WDW. By far our favourite hotel outside of WDW.

All of the rooms also have coffee makers, mini fridges and microwaves, so you save a lot on food as well as parking fees at the falls.
