NFL Playoffs Shown on Disney Magic? HELP!!

Please help me convince hubby to go on the Disney cruise in January.

My hubby is very concerned that he will miss the football playoffs while on the cruise. Will playoffs be televised in Diversions or on TV in the staterooms?

We went on the Magic January 2001 and hubby was very disappointed that he was not able to catch the games.

Please tell me things have changed!!

I'm on the Magic right now and they DO HAVE the NFL ticket....direct t.v. They have college, NFL and Hockey (Pierre who is the new "sports bar" mgr. is from Canada) Only 4 games at a time can be shown......Should make great playoff t.v.

If Magic is the same as Wonder, cabin TVs will have only the ESPN or ABC games (gee, wonder why those two?). In addition, the ABC station wasn't always available. I didn't spend any time in the lounges, but that would have to be your best bet for the most complete coverage.

My dh and I watched the Eagles game at Diversions on 11/16. They had several games going on the many tv's there. Once in a while the picture would go out, but not for long.
