NexTel coverage in the Parks?

Going down next week (yeah!), and we have new NexTels. Has anyone had experience with them at WDW and can you advise how the signal strength is? Thanks a bunch.

I use nextel for my personal cell service, and it's worked great inside the parks. Not necessarily great inside all the rides, but I did get some coverage while I was on some rides, and very good when I was in open-air environments

My phone worked great . To bad it don't work that good in Jersey.

Go to WDW all of the time (FL resident) Nextel works fantastic in the parks! Of course, inside of some rides, it doesn't work, but who wants to talk during the ride? It is great for splitting up and meeting back up with your party, as we always seem to see a character or show going on and get side-tracked, so we aren't always at the "designed spot at the designed time" Nextel much better than those two-way radios - not good coverage and too much traffic!
