Next year MNSSHP or MVMCP??

For those who have done both...which do you recommend more? and why? Going next year & are flexible with dates so would like to include 1 of these events. I have done MNSSHP and enjoyed it...I do have 3 kids 10, 8, 6...would they enjoy the christmas event?
