Next trip opinions

Hi all,
We are considering dates for our next trip to the World. Two possibilities we are considering are;
1. November 2020 before Thanksgiving. Hopefully after the new Star Wars land crush but before the 50th anniversary starts.
2. End of January 2021. We feel this is the best time for lower crowds, but the weather is always iffy. There is also a concern that it will be mad crowded due to the beginning of the 50th celebrations.
Thoughts, pros and cons are appreciated.

We've had cold weather the week before Thanksgiving in November. But its more likely in January. Other considerations I'll add is that January often sees a lot of refurbishments, pool time is less likely, daylight hours are shorter which sometimes results in shorter park hours/earlier evening entertainment.

I'd probably choose November just due to the possibility of better weather. No idea what to expect in terms of crowds for the 50th celebration.
