I'm so glad that i'm not alone on this one, l thought i was the only woman in Britain obsessed.

But then again shd of known when u see all those women runnin madly in Next stores at 5.00am, not a man in sight lol

But someone already said, u can get excellent bargains 4 ur future holidays and if ur trip is in December or January its very hard 2 find shorts & t-shirts in the shops, so the sales r ideal.

Roll on Saturday i say, credit cards at the ready

I shop there reguarly, in person, phone and net.

I would love to order stuff now, not sure on what is in, apart from DD clothes.

If you log onto www.next.co.uk/sale it will give you a listing of what is available from the catalogue to order over the phone or online from saturday...hopefully there will be more bargains instore.

Thanks for the link Giddy Kipper. I'm not sure if I'm up to facing the scrum this time but then again with a new store 2 miles down the road I might have to give it a go - not at 5am though!

DW works at next lucky shes on the late shift sarting at 8 in morning sometimes its 4 am when she starts this year taking in eldest DS as friends and family to help out

Oh woah do they get 1st pickings of the sale stuff, goodness i'd be working for no wages if i work at Next lol

whe they set the sale up the day befor the staf are usaly able to pick out what they want at the end of the shift before the sale starts also staf get 25% on cloths bought (not in sale) and they get uniform alowance they have to put 25% towards item

well I have been and got my bargains, 5 lovely tops for my holidays all less than half price, plus loads of earings and hair bobbles.

I got there at half four and I was behind about forty people, by the time 5am came around there was about two hundred people in the que

but im happy cos i got my tops and my trainer socks

Yep i`m back...Fantastic sale, got there at a quarter to five, about a hundred in front of me ....but still plenty of room and all sizes available...(I just hate when you spot somthing and there`s size 6`s left) Bought loads of shorts and tops for the coming hols Going back to bed now

Wasn't planning to go (so early) but was awake at 4:40 so got there just before 5 with 100 people or so ahead of me.

Stocked up for DD but the best thing was because I was ready to check out at 5:30 there was no queue at the till!

Was home back in bed by 5:40 with DH not believing I had actually been when he finally woke up!

I've been this morning but couldnt get there til 6.30 by which time there were no shorts for my 2 DS's at all. I'm quite disappointed as last year i had 3 bags full but left with only 1 today

I went at lunchtime, there was loads of stuff but nothing I thought was a real bargain, most stuff only had about £4 off. My dh bought some shorts tho which were pretty good and we got the dog a frisbie for £1.99!

I got two bag fulls of baby clothes SOme really cute outfits. I didn't get there until 8am but spent the rest of the day shopping in town and got home just after 3pm, absolutely shattered now !

So did anyone get any bargains???

I went up there and was a good girl - I didn't go near the clothes or shoes, just looked at house stuff (we are doing up our house at the mo).

I got a funky loo roll holder and towel ring, some shower curtain clips, toothbrush etc. holder set, 3 really nice steel cone type things that you fill with flowers and mount them on your garden walls, ermmmm.......toliet seat (can you tell we are doing up the loo and bathroom at the mo!) and some birthday cards. Oh and a vase. Got all that for 42 quid!!

I struggled back across to the car all by myself with my little fingers all pink and sore from the weight of the bags!!

Have been dieting for a week (this time round) and am going to weigh myself tonight - eek!!

Don't think I've lost much though but hopefully 1 lb or something and I will be happy!
