We loved Savannah and Tybee Island

I went to Georgia when my dad was on a business trip and we stayed in Atlanta and Georgia is such a lovely state and Atlanta is very awesome and I even went to the Atlanta Underground shopping area which is full of neat shops and restaurants. I also went to Cleveland Georgia where you can see where Cabbage Patch Kids Dolls got their start and the Cabbage Patch Kids Babyland General Hospital is really cute if you adore Cabbage Patch Kids Dolls. And there is also Mall Of Georgia in Morrow Georgia that has really cool stores in it too. I liked Georgia because it was really pretty and the people are so friendly too and cheerful

I think you are miss remembering the location of the Mall of Georgia. Morrow would be Southlake Mall. Buford would the Mall of Georgia. Almost polar opposite sides of Metro Atlanta.

If anyone likes aviation I've heard the Delta Museum is pretty nice.

I've never been to it but it's on my list.

The museum is great. You can also pay to fly a 737 simulator which my son really enjoyed.

We just got back from the Argentina v. Canada game at Mercedes Benz Stadium.

HIGHLY recommend going to an event there-INCREDIBLE facility!

We stayed in a hotel within walking distance of the stadium, Georgia Aquarium, College Football Hall of Fame, etc.

Tons of fun.

I think you are miss remembering the location of the Mall of Georgia. Morrow would be Southlake Mall. Buford would the Mall of Georgia. Almost polar opposite sides of Metro Atlanta.

UPDATED INFO: We plan on spending about five days...will drive anywhere we need to visit that looks interesting to a tourist...going next month (July)...Wanting to visit every state and it's Georgia's turn...

It is still open but not worth the trip.

Growing up Southlake was one of our go to malls. Other couple being Cumberland Mall and later Shannon Mall.

I grew up very close to where Shannon mall was built. Back then we frequented Greenbrier Mall scared Now I live very close to Southlake but rarely go there.

We’ve spent a lot of time on St Simons Island & love it there. I’d recommend visiting this or other barrier islands.

I went to st. Simon’s in January one year and it was beautiful.

I grew up very close to where Shannon mall was built. Back then we frequented Greenbrier Mall scared Now I live very close to Southlake but rarely go there.

I grew up close to where Greenbriar Mall is, Probably 3 or 4 miles away. Spent a lot of time in that mall. It was great in its day. I live now up in north cobb county and closest mall is Town Center. Used to go to that mall a lot as well but its best days are behind it as well. They way most of us shop now has just changed so much.
