So I went to the Orange County Comptrollers web-site checking to see if my deed has been recorder yet and look what I found; Document #20080453622
Book 9737 Page 0401

It listed Phases 80 through 88 opening or being available to sell, I am not sure. It also appears the units are on the 3rd floor above units 64-72. If somebody who is better about reading this stuff can better explain it great.

This is normal progression for the sale of interests. Each "Unit" is a group of rooms. When you purchase you get a small percentage ownership interest in a unit -- note that what you own has no impact on what rooms you can stay in which are any of the ones open in the resort. When a resort first starts to sell, several units are declared into the DVC system so interests can be sold (and even if resort is completed when sales start, they still only put some units into the system first), as time progresses and sales happen, they start adding more units, etc., until eventually all units that can exist at the resort have been declared into the system and have been sold.

Quick question since I know the booking window opens on Aug 10th are these phases now availabe for ressies because they have been declared?

Yes, for May 1 occupancy, which is the date now designated for first stays, those units will be done. However, that does not mean other rooms will not be available. They could, for example, have 100% of the resort done by May 1 (they have indicated that will not be the case) and only 25% of the resort declared into DVC. You could actually stay in any of those rooms in the 100%. When it comes to actual reservation of rooms, you need to look at it as reservation time available. If only 25% of the resort is declared into DVC by May but the whole resort is done, then DVC members can reserve only 25% of all the reservation time that could fill all the rooms and Disney gets to rent the rest until it declares more into DVC, but members filling that 25% could end up in any completed room.
