I am going to WDW next month with my in-laws and they are bunch of newbies. I haven't been to the World in almost 18 years so I am sort of a newbie too I guess. We are spread out across the country (Mass, CA, PA, MD) and we don't see each other often.

I am soooooo excited about this trip. I'm the planner and I would like to a newsletter type thing for the family with tips and information. Any ideas as to what I should include?

I will send a one page email attachment this week to remind them of only 2 weeks to go then one next week to remind them one week to go (I don't think they really will forget though).

Any help would be great.

I did this with my family. I took 9 newbies to the world w/ me in Oct/Nov '03. It was a lot of fun. I included any updates or changes in the itiniary. I downloaded all sorts of neat Disney graphics and worked these into the newsletter. I also, included tips in each one. I gave them tips regarding sunscreen and ponchos, as well as moleskin, and comfortable walking shoes. I also included park touring tips. Like lining up for parades early, ect.

You could include tips about leaving an hour early when using WDW transportation. Maybe some fun tips about things to look out for like hidden mickeys. Take a look at the WS tips thread for Epcot.
