Menu Released for Disneyland Resort’s Alfresco Tasting Terrace

I’m was really excited for this place to open,
but sadly none of the food options are ones I can eat. I’ll probably still try to get in there for a cocktail or two though!

I just hope Disneyland continues to open more table service restaurants as well. It’s actually pretty tough to get a reservation in the parks and there aren’t a lot of options that I can eat.

This is one of the things I was hoping they would realize was better even for general ops. Maybe it is more difficult for the CMs somehow, I guess they have to cover twice as much ground so that could be it. But it’s just made so much more sense than everyone trying to get out of their cars at the same time.

The really nice thing is the person parking behind you was already there by the time you got out of your car, so I didn't get yelled to move while trying to get the stroller out of the trunk.

Tower of Terror Boosts Capacity; Loading Every Row, Removing Plexiglass at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

“Tower of Terror is one of the first attractions taking advantage of the relaxed rules. While 6ft physical distancing markers remain in place throughout the queue, Disney is now loading every row on the attraction, but not mixing different traveling parties. The pre-show element remains off at this time. Some of the plexiglass that was installed in the ride vehicles has been removed.”

Hopefully they keep the FOP pre-show off forever. Wouldn't mind all the pre-shows staying off for that matter.

Yup. It's gonna be nuts on Oct 1st. I still planning to be there! I'm hoping beyond hope that my kids <12 can be vaccinated before then.

Nooo they are great! If I'm waiting in line I would much rather watch something. And some add so much like MMRR and the stretching room at Haunted Mansion.

I got really down on them doing baby swap. Since they dump you into the line before the pre-shows, it makes doing some rides take forever, such as TT and FOP. ToT and HM are fine, though, so I wouldn't really want them to all go away.

FOP yes, agreed, but most others no! I still haven’t seen the MMRR preshow and would love to. Not to mention the ROTR preshow is basically part of the attraction.

In my opinion the pre-shows are in most cases generally an important part of the theming and magic of the attraction itself. They also serve as a nice way to keep waiting guests occupied and think they are getting more attraction as part of that wait. I would hope they all return/stay.
