That does have to be disappointing, though. That’s like working in a store, but being told you can’t shop there!!!

As a avid Pokémon GO player & social manager of one of the top eSport branches of the game... no this formula doesn't work with any other IP.

Ghostbusters tried... failed.
Jurrasic Park... failed.
Harry Potter... BY THE SAME COMPANY and is an abject failure.
They are even trying to come out with an AR world version of Catan and that doesn't even look good.


EDIT: After a re-read it looks like it would be for in-park activities, this would be a big *maybe*. What about a Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom redo in AR, but instead it works in all the theme parks worldwide. Now that is interesting, but something outside the parks wouldn't exactly be a success.

I'm in quarantine and almost nothing spawns at my house. So frustrating!

yep - understand. my mother's house is a vast wasteland - even Tonic for Trace doesn't bring squat.

Luckily in quartantine you can still jump in your car, enjoy the sun, and look for foundables, etc.
